My one and only 10yr old GD wanted a black and yellow quilt with a honeybee in the centre. (her idea) So, we're nearly there. Just need a border, then backing, and it may be ready this week. 
A new little girl was born into our family. She is my DH's nephew's first child, and is called Niamh. If you cant understand Irish names, (and not many can, including yours truly) it is pronounced Neeve.
I haven't met her yet, as they live in England. I had crossstitched these sweet little pink shoes some time ago, and added her birth details. I plan to put it in a frame or on the lid of a box for keeping her special treasures in. That's me for now folks. Better get the dinner on :o)
